...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM AKDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* WHERE...Municipality of Skagway.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds have remained strong this evening across
  the Taiya Inlet, Skagway Docks, and Skagway Area, with reports of
  gusts up to 45mph within the last hour. Anticipating a few more
  hours of increased winds before eventually tapering off into early
  Friday morning.
