  Virginia, Chesapeake, Hampton, Poquoson, Norfolk, and Portsmouth.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
