  Central Beaver County in the panhandle of Oklahoma...
  East Central Texas County in the panhandle of Oklahoma...

* Until 415 AM CDT.

* At 120 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain
  have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1
  hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Beaver, Forgan, Gate, Knowles, Mocane and Boyd.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the

* At 1206 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain in Hooker. Considerable flash flooding is
  ongoing in Hooker with multiple roadways covered in water. Between
  5 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of
  1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
  already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Hooker and Tyrone.
