...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT TODAY...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...The Southeast Mountains, the Wet Mountain Valley, eastern
Fremont county and the southeast plains.
* WHEN...Until noon MDT today.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of heavy rainfall associated with a remnant tropical
storm system will spread across southern Colorado through
Thursday.
- The Southeast Mountains, including the Aspen Acres burn area, the
Wet Mountain Valley, eastern Fremont county, and the southeast
plains.

central Kansas, including the following counties, in central
Kansas, Ellis and Rush. In south central Kansas, Pawnee. In
southwest Kansas, Finney, Ford, Grant, Gray, Hamilton, Haskell,
Hodgeman, Kearny, Meade, Morton, Seward, Stanton and Stevens. In
west central Kansas, Lane, Ness, Scott and Trego.
* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.
