* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northern, northwest, southwest, and western
  Oklahoma.

* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
