* WHERE...Grand Marais to Whitefish Point MI.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until noon EST today. For the
  Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
