...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM TO 7 PM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
  2 and 5 inches with locally higher amounts possible.

* WHERE...Alcona, Alpena, and Presque Isle Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
also vary greatly. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather,
visibility, and road conditions.

  3 and 6 inches with locally higher amounts possible.

* WHERE...Benzie, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, and western Manistee
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING
TO 7 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
  2 and 5 inches, with local higher amounts to 8 inches in the more
  persistent lake effect bands through Sunday afternoon.  Additional
  snowfall is expected late Sunday night into Monday.

* WHERE...Delta, Luce, and Northern Schoolcraft Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Locations of southern Delta County, including
  Escanaba, will see lower amounts, generally less than 2 inches.
