* IMPACTS...At 89.7 feet, Water affects the road at 1712 and 1118
  Cottage Row Rd.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 87.8 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late tomorrow evening.
