* WHERE...Vilas, Florence, Forest, and Northern Marinette counties.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
