northeast Pennsylvania.

Gusty northwest winds are expected through the early afternoon,
with peak gusts up to 35 mph possible. These winds could blow around
lightweight outdoor objects. Humidity levels will fall into the 20
to 30 percent range along with sunny skies allowing for drying of
fine fuels and leaf litter late morning through the afternoon hours,
leading to an elevated risk for fire spread late in the morning into
the afternoon hours.

afternoon hours. Gusts of 30 to 45 mph may result in some downed
tree limbs and power outages can`t be ruled out. If stronger winds
are expected, a Wind Advisory may be needed.
