Sunny skies will push heat indices into the low 90s across the region
today, especially in valleys and urban areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

The combination of heat and humidity can lead to heat indices
reaching the low 90s Wednesday and Thursday, especially in valley
locations and urban areas.

Sunny skies will push heat indices into the low 90s across the region
today, especially in valleys and urban areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

The combination of heat and humidity can lead to heat indices
reaching the low 90s Wednesday and Thursday, especially in valley
locations and urban areas. There will also be the potential for
additional showers and thunderstorms bringing heavy rainfall with
localized flash flooding Wednesday into Thursday.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central New York.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

It`s possible that heat indicies could reach the mid to upper 90s
across portions of the Niagara Frontier and Genesee Valley, and the
lower elevations of the Finger Lakes and North Country Wednesday and
Thursday.

There will also be an increasing potential for slow-moving showers
and thunderstorms Wednesday through Thursday...some of which could
produce localized heavy rainfall and gusty winds.
