  Montgomery, Perry, Pickens, Pike, Russell, Sumter, Tallapoosa, and
  Tuscaloosa Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
