...BREEZY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY THROUGH SATURDAY
EVENING...

.Breezy diurnally driven westerly winds coupled with low relative
humidity is expected to continue through the Lower Columbia Basin
of Oregon each afternoon and evening through Saturday. Relative
humidity will be above critical thresholds overnight.

EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE
OR691...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 691 Lower Columbia Basin of
  Oregon.

* TIMING...Until 10 PM PDT this evening.

* WINDS...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
  quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
