* WHAT...West/northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Idaho.

* WHEN...From noon today to 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility locally reduced to 1-2 miles due
  to blowing dust.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, west to southwest winds 25 to 35 mph
  with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch,
  temperatures near freezing are possible.

* WHERE...Shoshone/Lava Beds, Arco/Mud Lake Desert, Lower Snake
  River Plain, and Upper Snake River Plain.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 9 AM to 9 PM MDT Wednesday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from late Wednesday night through Thursday
  morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could make driving difficult, especially for
  high profile vehicles. Unsecured objects may be blown around.
  Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous
  conditions for small craft. Frost and freeze conditions could kill
  crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected
  outdoor plumbing.
