Dukes, and Eastern Plymouth Counties. In Rhode Island, Bristol,
Eastern Kent, Southeast Providence, and Newport Counties.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 9 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
