* WHAT...North winds around 25-30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* WHERE...Bee, Calhoun Islands, Coastal Aransas, Coastal Calhoun,
Coastal Kleberg, Coastal Nueces, Coastal Refugio, Coastal San
Patricio, Duval, Goliad, Inland Calhoun, Inland Kleberg, Inland
Nueces, Inland Refugio, Inland San Patricio, Jim Wells, Kleberg
Islands, Live Oak, McMullen, Nueces Islands, and Victoria Counties.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM CST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds are expected to fall below 30 mph
sustained and less than 40 mph gusts by the middle of this
afternoon. Strongest winds over land has likely already occurred.
