This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central New York.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

An arctic airmass will cross our region from Sunday night through
the middle of next week. This may result in bitterly cold apparent
temperatures of 10 to 20 below zero for lower elevations, and 20 to
30 below zero for higher terrain at times.

Accumulating lake effect snow is also likely east of Lake Erie and
Lake Ontario from Sunday night or Monday through the middle of next
week. There is considerable uncertainty with respect to band
placement, intensity, and amounts.
