* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...In Florida, Coastal Nassau, Trout River, Western Clay,
  Western Duval, Bradford, Eastern Alachua, Gilchrist, and Western
  Alachua Counties. In Georgia, Coastal Camden and Coastal Glynn
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 8 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
