could become excessive and produce minor flooding of low-lying and
poor drainage areas.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North and Central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

Scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon through the
evening. Localized flash flooding is the primary concern,
especially across eastern Georgia where soils are saturated. A few
strong storms may also produce frequent lightning and gusty
winds.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday...

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon and
evening, can be expected each day through Thursday. Organized
severe weather is not anticipated, but a few storms each day could
become strong, capable of producing localized flash flooding,
frequent lightning, and gusty winds.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
