...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southern Coshocton County in east central Ohio...
  Southwestern Guernsey County in east central Ohio...
  Muskingum County in east central Ohio...
  Northwestern Noble County in east central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It
  will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work
  through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 631 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding with
    several roads closed. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1
    and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Zanesville, New Concord, South Zanesville, North Zanesville,
    Dresden, Frazeysburg, Philo, Pleasant Grove, Cumberland, Norwich,
    Bridgeville, Duncan Falls, Drake, Chandlersville, Cannelville,
    Ruraldale, High Hill, Blue Rock State Park and Dillon State Park.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River near I 70 near Buckeye Lake.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 881.0 feet, The Route 79 eastbound exit is closed due
  to high water, with water likely also encroaching onto the edge of
  eastbound outer lane of Interstate 70.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 880.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is near crest.  It is expected to fall below
    flood stage late this evening and continue falling, remaining
    below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 880.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River near Hebron.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Backwater flooding begins near the
  Greenbriar Village Mobile Home Park, with water approaching the
  yards behind homes along Greenbriar Lane East.  Water also covers
  much of Ridgely Tract Road between Route 79 and the South Fork,
  covering yards and surrounding two homes in this area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:15 AM EDT Monday the stage was 11.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river has already crested and will continue to
    fall. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
