...The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers...

  South Fork Licking River Near I 70 near Buckeye Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Licking River near I 70 near Buckeye Lake.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 880.0 feet, Water extends onto the 129A exit ramp
  from eastbound Interstate 70 to Route 79 near Buckeye Lake.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 AM EST Friday the stage was 879.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this morning to a crest of 880.1 feet late this morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 880.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Raccoon Creek near Granville.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Portions of the TJ Evans bike trail are
  nearly flooded, without buildings near the Granville Water Plant
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 AM EST Friday the stage was 13.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    later this morning and continue falling, remaining below
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM EST THIS MORNING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Fayette and
  Madison. In southwest Ohio, Clinton and Warren. In west central
  Ohio, Clark, Greene and Montgomery.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 114 AM EST, Local law enforcement reports numerous road
    closures due to high water. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
    have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are
    possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Xenia, Springboro, London, Bellbrook, Jefferson, West
    Jefferson, Cedarville, Waynesville, Jamestown, South
    Charleston, Jeffersonville, Wilberforce, Lake Darby, New
    Jasper, Harveysburg, Spring Valley, Lafayette, Corwin, South
    Solon and Midway.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
