* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Vermilion to
Geneva-on-the-Lake OH, and the open waters of Lake Erie from
Vermilion OH to Buffalo NY.
* WHEN...From 10 AM to 10 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
