...PATCHY FOG ACROSS NEARSHORE WATERS AND BAYS THROUGH THIS
MORNING...

Patchy fog is developing across nearshore waters and the bays.
Visibilities will generally remain greater than 2 miles, but a few
locations may see visibility briefly fall below 1 mile at times.

If you experience dense fog, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use your
radar and compass.
