* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Somerset county.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Several rounds of thunderstorms today and tonight will track
southeast across the region and bring another 1 to 2 inches of
rain to most parts of Somerset county. Localized additional
rainfall amounts of up to 3 inches are possible where multiple
storms train over the same area.

areas, Coshocton, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas
and northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern
Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of
Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and
Wetzel.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
