* WHERE...Black River to Ontonagon MI and Ontonagon to Upper
  Entrance of Portage Canal MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/
  this morning to 1 AM EST /midnight CST/ Wednesday. For the
  Gale Warning, from 1 AM EST /midnight CST/ to 7 PM EST /6 PM
  CST/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
