  Small Craft Advisory, north winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to
  30 kt and waves 6 to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Saxon Harbor WI to Black River MI, Black River to
  Ontonagon MI and Ontonagon to Upper Entrance of Portage Canal
  MI.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 11 PM EDT /10 PM CDT/ this
  evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 PM EDT /10 PM
  CDT/ this evening to 9 AM EDT /8 AM CDT/ Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
