  with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Dodge, Saunders, and Washington Counties.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM CST this morning.
  For the Wind Advisory, from 9 AM this morning to 6 PM CST this
  evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
