* WHERE...The Chariton River near Moulton, or from Rathbun Dam to
  Shoal Creek near Livonia Missouri.

* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 35.5 feet, Water affects 285th Ave near Sedan
  Bottoms...or just east of the intersection of 285th Ave and 570th
  St.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 28.6 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late this evening.
  - Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
