MORNING...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southwestern, central, and northeastern Iowa.
* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT Monday through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are likely from
Monday morning through Monday night. While rainfall amounts in
some areas will be modest, there will be pockets of heavier
