...Areas of Fog Early This Morning...
Areas of fog, dense in spots with visibilities under one half
mile can be expected early this morning.
If traveling early this morning, be prepared for fog that could
bring sudden and significant reductions in visibility over short
distances. If you encounter dense fog, slow down, give yourself
plenty of braking distance between other vehicles, and be sure to
keep headlights on low beam. Be especially cautious in school zones.

...PATCHY TO AREAS OF FOG ACROSS SOUTHERN WI THIS MORNING...
Clouds have cleared and fog will continue to redevelop and impact
areas along and west of the Kettle Moraine through daybreak.
Expect visibility of 1 mile or less in low-lying areas and even
pockets of dense in river valleys at times. If traveling, use low
beam headlights and slow down when encountering sudden drops in
visibility.

If traveling through river valleys this morning, be prepared for
fog that could suddenly reduce visibilities to 1/4 mile or less.
Areas of fog will be possible outside of river valleys, but
visibilities of 1/4 mile are less likely. Expect the fog to
dissipate by mid-morning. Slow down and allow extra time to reach
your destination.
