AFTERNOON...
...GALE WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 AM
PDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and
  hazardous seas 7 to 11 feet. For the Gale Warning, north winds
  30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 12 to 17 feet
  expected.

* WHERE...Pt St George to Cape Mendocino 10 to 60 nm.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 PM PDT this
  afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to
  11 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.

  10 to 13 ft at 10 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas south of Cape Blanco and north of Pt. St.
  George.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.
