  with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 8 to 12 feet. For the Gale
  Watch, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas
  7 to 9 feet possible.

* WHERE...Pt St George to Cape Mendocino out 10 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM PST Monday.
  For the Gale Watch, from Tuesday morning through Wednesday
  morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

  afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this
  afternoon to 4 PM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
  treacherous.

  and beyond 10 nm from shore, except within the vicinity of
  Cape Blanco. Small craft returns to all areas at 5 PM today.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PDT Monday.
  For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
