WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Southerly winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Carquinez Strait and Delta, Sacramento Valley, and
  Northeast Foothills.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Tuesday to 4 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty southerly winds will blow around unsecured
  objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages
  may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Secure outdoor objects.

* WHERE...The Bay Area, North Bay, Santa Cruz Mountains, and San
  Francisco Peninsula Coast.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Tuesday to 4 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Isolated gusts to 55 mph possible along North
  Bay coastal areas and ridgetops Wednesday morning as the cold
  front passes through.
