* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Little Colorado River Valley in Apache and Navajo
  counties, and the White Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM MST /4 PM MDT/ this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Travel
  will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles, such as RVs, campers, and tractor trailers. Use
extra caution.
