* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  county, Knox.

* WHEN...Until 945 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
  occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 752 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream
    flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Knoxville, Alcoa, Halls, Bearden, Powell, Maloneyville, Karns
    and Mascot.

  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
  counties, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 728 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause
    urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Warren, Ann Arbor, Livonia, Troy, Southfield, Pontiac, Novi,
    Canton, Sterling Heights, Royal Oak, Birmingham, Rochester,
    South Lyon, Northville, Salem, West Bloomfield, Detroit Zoo,
    Dixboro, Westland and Farmington Hills.

    has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mineola, Westbury, Great Neck, Bayside, Whitestone, Port
    Washington, Manhasset, Brookville, Little Neck, Jericho, New

    Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Spotter report of
    1.05 inches in 20 minutes received.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
