* WHERE...In Minnesota, Kittson County. In North Dakota, Cavalier,
  Pembina, and Towner Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities will drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
  blowing snow.
