* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Central Logan County in southeastern North Dakota...

* WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 310 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
    and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Beaver Lake State Park and Burnstad.
