Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.
.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight
Dangerous wind chills of 25 to 40 degrees below zero are
forecast. A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect. Strong northwest
winds are expected to gust around 45 mph tonight along the North
Shore. A Wind Advisory is in effect.
Blowing snow is expected this afternoon and evening and may
create visibilities down to 1 mile. A Winter Weather Advisory is
in effect for Brainerd lakes.
Moderate lake effect snow is expected for the South Shore snow
belts tonight with a Winter Weather Advisory in Iron County.

Dangerous wind chills last into Monday morning with another
period forecast Monday night and returning again beginning Friday
night.

and southern Minnesota as winds continue to blow snow around
leading to drops in visibility to under a half mile.
Temperature drop tonight with wind chills from 25 to 35 below
zero tonight into Monday morning. A Cold Weather Advisory is in
effect for all of Minnesota and western Wisconsin until Monday
afternoon.

Another round of light snow looks to move through the region
Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning. Minor accumulations

locally higher amounts of two inches possible. The combination of
snow and strong northwest winds, with gusts of 40 to 55 mph, will
lead to drifting and blowing snow, reducing visibility at times.
