* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of South Central Arizona, including the
  following county, western Pima.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry washes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 437 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms near and around Organ Pipe Cactus National
    Monument. This will cause small stream flooding.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Alamo Wash, San Cristobal Wash, Cuerda de Lena, Growler Wash,
    Gu Vo Wash, Kuakatch Wash, Ali Chuk Wash, Aguajita Wash, Pia
    Oik Wash, and Gunsight Wash.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Gu Vo, Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, Why, Pia Oik,
    Kuakatch and Lukeville.

    thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
    0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.

    Willcox, St. David, Tombstone, Dragoon, Pearce-Sunsites,
    Cochise, Texas Canyon and Muleshoe Ranch Preserve.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 520 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms moving slowly towards the west. This will cause
    arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of
    rain has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Zuni Pueblo.

* WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following
  county, San Bernardino.

* WHEN...Until 542 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 343 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen in
    the Apple Valley.
  - Apple Valley is the most likely place to experience minor
    flooding.
    Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are
    expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley and northern Lucerne
    Valley.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following
  counties, Cochise and Santa Cruz.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 316 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms to the
    east of Elgin have produced between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of
    rain. Rainfall runoff will rapidly drain into the Babocomari
    River resulting in a small stream flooding along the
    Babocomari as it flows east into southwest Cochise county.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Huachuca City, Elgin and Fort Huachuca.

    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall of up to 0.5 inches is expected over the
    area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    mainly rural areas of North Central Grant County
