...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM MST THIS MORNING THROUGH
11 PM MST TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern and central Arizona including Yavapai
  County, Northern Gila County, Coconino Plateau, the Mogollon Rim,
  White Mountains, Grand Canyon Country, Kaibab Plateau, Little
  Colorado River Valley, Marble and Glen Canyons, Oak Creek and
  Sycamore Canyons.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MST this morning through 11 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Flash flooding will be possible in creeks, normally dry
  washes, swimming holes and over recently burned areas. Low-water
  crossings could also experience flash flooding, which would create
  deadly travel conditions.

Consider changing your plans if you were going to hike, boat, or
paddleboard to a slot canyon or normally dry wash. If you do still
decide to recreate, check in at a nearby visitor center or ranger
station.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Deep atmospheric moisture will lead to thunderstorms with the
    possibility of flash flooding.

  and Vicinity, Castle Country, Central Mountains, Eastern
  Juab/Millard Counties, Lower Washington County, Sanpete Valley,
  Sevier Valley, South Central Utah, Southern Mountains, Southwest
  Utah, Upper Sevier River Valleys, Wasatch Mountains South of I-80,
  Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs, Western Uinta Mountains and Zion
  National Park. In Wyoming, Southwest Wyoming.

* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in debris flows on area burn
  scars and flash flooding of slot canyons, normally dry washes,

  In California, Chiriaco Summit, Chuckwalla Mountains, Chuckwalla
  Valley, Imperial County Southeast, Imperial County Southwest,
  Imperial County West, Imperial Valley, Joshua Tree NP East, Joshua
  Tree NP West, Palo Verde Valley and Salton Sea.

* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

  Northwest Deserts and Northwest Plateau. In southeast California,
  Cadiz Basin, Eastern Mojave Desert, Morongo Basin and San
  Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley. In Nevada, Lake
  Mead National Recreation Area, Las Vegas Valley, Lincoln County,
