* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Localized
wind gusts up to 70 mph have observed near Cedar City as of 1000
AM.
* WHERE...Western Millard and Juab Counties and Southwest Utah.
* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers.

have been observed as high as 97 mph on Big Mountain south of
Enterprise, otherwise wind gusts to around 75 mph have been
observed near Brian Head.
* WHERE...Southern Mountains.

* WHERE...The Colorado River Valley including Lake Mead, Lake Mohave,
Lake Havasu, Needles, Laughlin, and Bullhead City. Mohave County,
southern and northeastern Clark County, the Spring Mountains, and
the Sheep Range.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT /8 PM MST/ this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Expect dangerous boating
conditions for all water craft on area lakes.
