Dakota...

  Big Sioux River near Bruce affecting Brookings County.

  Big Sioux River near Estelline affecting Brookings and Hamlin
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

  Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Yellow Medicine, Chippewa
  and Lac qui Parle Counties.

.No significant forecast changes over the last few forecasts with
Morton cresting tonight and Montevideo cresting over the weekend.
Additional precipitation remains absent until late Sunday into
Monday.
