...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM CDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  county, Kimble.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1102 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    I-10 Near The Kimble-Kerr County Line and The Intersection Of
    I-10 And Us 290.
  - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 467 and 477.

    This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    RM 385 crossing Falls Prong, James River crossing Little
    Devils River, County Road 430 crossing Joy Creek and KC 451
    crossing Johnson Fork.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  counties, Mason and Menard.

* WHEN...Until 1245 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 946 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen across
    northern Mason County.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mason, Grit, Art, Hedwigs Hill, Streeter, Hilda, Camp Air,
    Katemcy, Long Mountain, Loyal Valley, Pontotoc, Hext,
    Koockville, The Intersection Of Highway 29 And Ranch Road
    1222, Erna and Us-87 Near The Mason-Gillespie County Line.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    Oak Grove crossing, Old Union crossing San Fernando Creek,
    Behrens School crossing Comanche Creek, Old Katemcy Mason
    crossing Comanche Creek, Vater crossing Hasse Creek, Old
    Pontotoc crossing Little Willow Creek, Old Union crossing,
    Hickory Grove crossing Elm Creek, Old Junction crossing Honey
    Creek and Spy Rock crossing.

  - At 903 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Brady, Camp San Saba, Brady Lake and Voca.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    South Blackburn between Adkins and 13th, White Street at Live
    Oak Creek, FM 1851 crossing Tiger Creek, Hallum Draw, South
    High between 14th and 15th Streets, 17th Street between Pine
    and College, crossings along County Road 158, County Road 216
    crossing Mud Creek, County Road 212 crossing San Saba River
    and County Road 156 crossing Bowtie Creek.
