...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT FRANKLIN...NORTHEASTERN WOOD...
NORTHERN UPSHUR...SOUTHWESTERN MORRIS...TITUS AND CAMP COUNTIES
THROUGH 700 PM CDT...

At 610 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Cookville to near Mount Vernon. Movement
was south at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Pleasant, Pittsburg, Winnsboro, Leesburg, Mount Vernon, Lone
Star, Cason, Cookville, Scroggins, Newsome, Purley, Winfield, Midway,
Miller`s Cove, Rocky Mound, Perryville, Hopewell, Holly Springs,
Monticello, and Roeder.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

At 603 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Milo, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lone Grove, Milo, and Graham.
