...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwestern, south central, and southwestern
  South Dakota.

* WHEN...From this evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
  signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow showers are expected Tuesday. High
  winds plus falling snow may result in reduced visibility. Please
  use caution while traveling.
