This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Overnight.

Late tonight into early Monday morning, wind chill values will
bottom out as cold as -5 to -15 degrees in north central Kansas,
which is only slightly short of meeting Advisory criteria.

Also very late tonight into early Monday morning, a band of snow
could drop up to around one-half inch of fluffy accumulation in
parts of the area. Despite minimal accumulations, this could
cause some slick roads.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

On Monday morning, wind chill values as cold as -5 to -15 degrees
will persist within the area before improving slightly during the
afternoon. In addition, snow could continue affecting parts of
the area until around 10 AM, with minimal accumulations up to
around one-half inch possible.

Monday night into Tuesday morning will feature one final round of
very cold wind chills, bottoming out as cold as -10 to -20 degrees
for most of the area. Later forecasts could eventually feature a
Cold Weather Advisory for this time frame.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Wind chills in the zero to 10 below range can be expected across
the area this morning with the lowest values in central Kansas.

Light snow is expected to develop across the area today. The best
chances for accumulating snow will be across parts of south central
Kansas where around 1 inch is possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Light winds and subzero temperatures will lead to wind chills in
the 10 to 20 below range for parts of central and south central
Kansas late Monday night and Tuesday morning.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Kansas, east central
Kansas, north central Kansas and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Light snow could accumulate to around half an inch south of a line
from Concordia to Manhattan and Lawrence this morning.

Temperatures tonight fall to between 5 and 10 degrees below zero with
wind chills as cold as 10 to 20 degrees below zero.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

A Cold Weather Advisory will continue until noon Tuesday before
temperatures begin to warm for the day.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Bitterly cold temperatures and dangerously low wind chills continue
today and tonight. This morning, wind chills will be down to 35
below zero for much of Nebraska west of Hwy 183 and north of Hwy 2.
Elsewhere wind chills will be down to 25 below zero. For tonight,
wind chills will be 20 to 30 below zero across all of western and
north central Nebraska. Hypothermia and frostbite of unprotected
skin may occur in just minutes, and unheated pipes without insulation
may freeze.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Bitterly cold temperatures and dangerously low wind chills continue
through Tuesday morning across western and north central Nebraska,
with wind chills between 20 to 30 below zero. Hypothermia and
frostbite of unprotected skin may occur in just minutes, and unheated
pipes without insulation may freeze. The dangerous cold will ease
later on Tuesday.

Tuesday afternoon, elevated fire weather conditions are possible over
far southwest Nebraska.

Beyond Tuesday afternoon, potential for hazardous weather is low.

northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Dangerously cold wind chills of 15 below to 30 below are forecast
across most of the area this morning. The coldest across Yuma and
Dundy county where an Extreme Cold Warning remains in place. A Cold
Weather Advisory remains in effect elsewhere, with the exception of
Norton and Graham counties.

Tonight, dangerously cold wind chills of 20 below to 30 below zero
are forecast across the area. An Extreme Cold Watch remains in
effect.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...

Dangerously cold wind chills of 20 below to 30 below zero continue
Tuesday morning with an Extreme Cold Watch in effect.

Near critical to potentially critical fire weather conditions are
expected east of the Colorado Kansas border Tuesday afternoon. All
outdoor burning should be avoided.

Frigid temperatures will continue into Tuesday. Tuesday morning
will bring wind chill values as low as 25 to 30 degrees below zero
for portions of northeast Nebraska and west-central Iowa, and as
low as 20 to 25 degrees below zero for southeast Nebraska and
southwest Iowa.
