* WHAT...Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and central, east
  central, and south central Nebraska.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow could accompany the strong winds Tuesday
  afternoon and evening, potentially resulting in near blizzard like
  conditions. There remains uncertainty in snowfall accumulations
  across the area. The worst conditions are expected during the
  evening and overnight hours Tuesday.
