* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Davis County in northern Utah...
  South Central Weber County in northern Utah...

* WHEN...Until 545 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas due
  to heavy rainfall from strong thunderstorms. River or stream flows,
  especially along the Weber River, are expected to rise.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 248 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Public reported minor flooding is already
    occurring in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ogden, Layton, Farmington, Hill Air Force Base, Roy, Clearfield,
    Kaysville, South Ogden, Washington Terrace, Riverdale, South
    Weber, Uintah, Weber State University, Sunset, Fruit Heights and
    East Layton.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,
  including Highway 29 between Orangeville and Joes Valley Reservoir.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 244 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 0.5
    and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Highway 29 between Orangeville and Joes Valley Reservoir.

  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Overflowing poor
  drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 232 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This  will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.
    Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.8 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Bairoil and Green Mountain.
