* WHAT...For the first Red Flag Warning, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph
with gusts 30 to 40 mph, Relative Humidity between 11 to 18
percent, and for the second Red Flag Warning, southwest winds 15 to
25 mph with gusts 30 to 45 mph, Relative Humidity between 6 to 15
percent. Winds will decrease to 5 to 15 mph for a period Monday
night before increasing again Tuesday morning.
* WHERE...Kaibab Plateau, Marble and Glen Canyons, Grand Canyon
Country, Coconino Plateau, Navajo Nation in Arizona, Little
