* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow possible. Total snow
  accumulations between 5 and 14 inches possible. Winds could gust
  as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Flat Tops and Gore and Elk Mountains/Central Mountain
  Valleys.

* WHEN...From Friday evening through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult
  to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday
  evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely
necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter
storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains,
booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing.
Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything else that would help
you survive in case you become stranded.

  Park Range. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow and blowing
  snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 10 and 20 inches
  possible with locally higher amounts. Winds could gust as high as
  40 mph.

* WHERE...Elkhead and Park Mountains.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to
  5 PM MST Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Friday evening
  through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
