This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
Gusty north to northwest winds will prevail today. Wind gusts to
40 mph will be possible across the eastern plains as well over the
mountains and foothills. The gusty winds and cooler temperatures
will result in wind chill values in the teens and lower 20s for
much of the day across the urban corridor and eastern plains.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday
Breezy conditions (gusts 35-45 mph) will continue on Thursday.
Stronger winds with gusts of 50-70 mph will likely develop in/near
the Front Range Foothills Thursday night into Friday morning.
Snow, slick travel conditions, and colder temperatures will
likely return for the region Friday night through Saturday. Most
snow accumulations will be light, although the northern mountains
and foothills could see several inches.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
Breezy north to northwest winds of 20 to 40 mph can be expected
across south central and southeast Colorado through out the day
today, as another weather system digs across the Rockies. This
system will help to develop a few snow showers across the higher
terrain, with local accumulations of a few inches possible, mainly
across the higher terrain of the Central mountains, north of
Cottonwood Pass.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday
Light snow showers are expected early to mid day Thursday, though
will remain along the mountains. Any accumulations will be
minimal, with less than 1 inch anticipated.
Wintry weather makes a return this weekend into early next week,
with the greatest chances for heavier and more impactful snowfall
along the mountains.

be possible over portions of the region.
