...An area of heavy snow showers will affect Sullivan...south central
Grafton...northeastern Cheshire...northwestern Hillsborough...Belknap
and northern Merrimack Counties...

At 930 AM EST...An area of heavy snow showers was along a line
extending from 8 miles south of Ashland to near Chester...and moving
east AT 25 MPH.

Locations impacted include...
Franklin, Bradford, Belmont, New London, Salisbury, Bristol, Alstead,
Charlestown, Danbury, Laconia, Marlow, Sutton, Acworth, Tilton,
Sanbornton, New Hampton, Webster, Sunapee, Unity, and Goshen.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 89 between mile markers 14 and 41.
 Interstate 93 between mile markers 47 and 71.

This also includes...
  Mount Kearsage and Mount Sunapee.

  * Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a half mile in this
    area of heavy snow showers.

  * Light snowfall accumulation is expected in this area of heavy
    snow showers.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.

...LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND...

HAZARDS...A lake effect snow band which can rapidly reduce visibility
to less than a quarter of a mile. This lake effect snow band is
producing extremely heavy snow at the rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 927 AM EST, a lake effect snow band was
over Dorset, or near Manchester moving east at 50 MPH.

THIS LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND WILL BE NEAR...
  Manchester, Dorset, and Manchester Center around 930 AM EST.
  Londonderry around 940 AM EST.
  Saxtons River around 1000 AM EST.
  Bellows Falls around 1005 AM EST.

This includes Interstate 87 between exits 16 and 20.

over Glenville, or near Amsterdam moving east at 50 MPH.

THIS LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND WILL BE NEAR...
  Glenville and Pattersonville-Rotterdam Junction around 900 AM EST.
  East Glenville and Burnt Hills around 905 AM EST.
  Round Lake and Country Knolls around 910 AM EST.
  Mechanicville around 915 AM EST.
  Hoosick Falls around 940 AM EST.
  Bennington around 950 AM EST.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 88 between exits 24 and 25.
 Interstate 90 between exits 9 and 28.
 Interstate 890 between exits 1a and 9.
 Interstate 87 between exits 23 and 7, and between exits 8A and 15.
 Interstate 787 between exits 1 and 9.
