* At 659 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area. Though
that heavy rain has moved off, another round of storms are
expected to move in over the next hour or so. Between 3 and 7
inches of rain have fallen. Local Emergency Management officials
have reported water over roadways in the warning area.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
