  Nueces Bays, Copano, Aransas, and Redfish Bays and San
  Antonio, Mesquite, and Espiritu Santo Bays.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT today.

* IMPACTS...Strong to very strong winds and/or increased seas
  will result in hazardous marine conditions especially for
  inexperienced mariners with smaller vessels.
